As the days grow cooler, autumn invites you to slow down and give your body and well-being a little more attention. Take a moment to feel grounded and let the day settle. This November, choose a vacuum cupping massage that begins with gentle gliding cupping or pair it with the clear tones and gentle vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl.

Give your back and neck some extra care after a long day at a desk or on your feet. We begin with 7–10 minutes of gliding cupping to gently warm the area. Next, we place the pneumatic cups and adjust the strength and rhythm of suction and release to your comfort. We reposition the cups several times to work across the area, then remove them and finish with about 10 minutes of hands-on massage using an aromatherapy oil of your choice to help ease the feeling of tightness.
Enjoy the full cupping massage along with a Tibetan singing bowl massage. We place a finely crafted bowl directly on your body and gently strike it to bring out its clear, resonant tone. We then move the bowl slowly from one area to the next in a deliberate sequence, pausing at each point so you can feel the vibrations ripple through your body as the sound fades. The unhurried rhythm gives you time to settle and relax from head to toe.
